Since 2006, our reliable, friendly team has been providing professional domestic building services throughout the Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex areas.
RM Construction was founded with a desire to deliver uncompromising quality building services to create innovative, practical and beautiful homes. Our ethos is based on two fundamental elements – producing stylish, functional and superior quality building solutions while creating and maintaining excellent client relationships.
We know building work in your home can be stressful, so we make every effort to consider our impact and make provisions to work around your needs. Our attention to detail extends to not only the finer points of the finish of your home but also to your experience during the project. Our open and honest communication means that our clients can rest assured that they are always up to speed with planning, budget and timing statuses.
From the initial client meeting, a dedicated project manager will be assigned to your project and will develop a detailed strategy and plan of the entire project before commencing any work. Additionally, we also provide an itemised breakdown of all project costs so that you can easily see where your budget is being spent.
Projects can and always will change throughout their duration. From finding unexpected site or construction restrictions to changing your mind on the style of fixtures and fittings, our versatile, flexible attitude means we always manage each project with a fluid approach and find creative solutions to almost any challenges.
We have a highly-skilled in-house team offering every specialist skill required throughout your project, ensuring a seamless transition throughout all the necessary stages of the build. Our qualified team has a wealth of experience and includes project managers, carpenters, joiners, electricians, plumbers and kitchen fitters through to decorators and landscapers.

Period Cottage Conversion & Extension, Surrey
Rhys and his team did a fantastic job on our conversion/extension and we would have no hesitation recommending them. The team were excellent in all aspects of preparation and fitting work. They were a pleasure to have in the house. Removal of tiles from an area of floor keeping underfloor heating intact was done with great care as was the retiling. Under sink plumbing was totally re-ordered leaving much more space in the cupboard.

What most impressed me about RMC was their team. The Site Manager was a true gent ensuring neighbour relations were maintained at all times, going above and beyond in many cases. No job was too much hassle. Every day the site was left spotless and when visiting the site you could tell the team were a happy bunch of guys who clearly cared about their work.

The entire team were very considerate both to us and to our neighbours and were fantastic with our very inquisitive children.
